In October, 2016, I was given a surprise opportunity to visit Europe with my amazing boyfriend. While still in school and working on my business, it was a crazy time of year. But I just couldn't pass up such an amazing opportunity. We spent countless hours on the beach and had so many adventures. From exploring the mountains to visiting old cathedrals. There is so much to do and see and we only visited the top half of the country! I am amazed by how spectacular the world is every time I travel. One thing I love about Portugal is the coffee. Which is weird because I don't even drink coffee, haha. But it was so sweet and delicious. I honestly never once passed up an opportunity to visit a cafe and have a nice coffee and freshly-made pastry.
We also made our way over to Spain. Only a 20 minute drive and a boat away from where we were staying. I am so in love with Europe and I can't wait to go back. Hopefully soon! There is still so much to see like Lisbon and the Algarve. Looking forward to that day. For now, I will reminisce through my photos and videos.
